1. Doluca Alçıtepe C. Sauvignon – Shiraz 2016 (Canakkale)
This beautiful wine, the Mundus Vini competition won the following awards: “Best of Show Turkey Red”. Doluca Alçıtepe is made from the grapes of a single vineyard. It is aged for 10 months in 85% French and 15% American oak barrels, filtered in a limited way.
Color: Dark purple in color.
Smell: Mature, jam-like red and black fruit bouquets on the nose are accompanied by dark chocolate-like and slightly sooty tones.
Taste: Dense body on palate, fleshy texture, slightly angular tannins.
Delicious with: It should be sipped with marinated meats. Before drinking it must be taken in decanter.

2. Côtes d’Avanos Narince 2018 (Cappadocia)
Côtes d’Avanos, the contest “Best of Show White Turkey” award. It is made from Narince and Chardonnay grapes specially grown in vineyards at an altitude of 950 meters from the sea. The high-temperature difference between day and night in the region provides high acidity and also preserves the aromatic structure. It is fermented in 225-liter French oak barrels and made “élevage sur lies” (soaking on yeast residue).
Color: Light bright golden yellow
Fragrance: Complex with citrus, lemon peel, floral and integrated oak notes
Taste: With rich aroma character and fresh acidity, oily, well-built, bodied and long
Delicious with: Grilled and steamed fish, shellfish, pasta with white sauce, and chicken meats.
3. Sarafin Shiraz 2017 (Tekirdag)
The Shiraz grape used in red wine production has dark skin. It is delicious according to the region where it is grown. It is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Color: Dark red
Fragrance: Leather, oak, vanilla, cedar, and some floral notes.
Taste: Green pepper and some dark fruit are sensible with strong acidity and med tannins.
Delicious with: Red meat with spice sauce, grilled game, or a cheese plate with goat cheese (make sure to ask for Izmir Tulum cheese)
4. La Wines Meandros 2016 (Izmir)
Great product of the combination of Shiraz / Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Marselan grapes. It is kept in barrels for 17 months. The best retention period is 14 years.
Color: Very dark ruby/purple.
Fragrance: A complex nose with sweet vanilla, currant, black cherry, black plum, a subtle bell pepper note, black pepper, cinnamon, and leather curls
Taste: Full-bodied. Velvety soft. It has a delicious, creamy sweetness that comes from the fruit. It has medium acidity, strong tannins (slightly dry), and a long finish… Creamy, sweet, resembles ripe fruits and spices.
5. Suvla Blush Karasakız 2019 (Gelibolu)
The original name of the grapes ripening in the first week of September is Kuntra. This name was given especially by the Greeks living in Bozcaada.
Color: Yellowish toned salmon pink
Smell: Quince, sour strawberry, white cherry, and dried thyme. Fresh and fruity orange sugar scent.
Taste: Rose aroma is felt in strawberry, plum, green grape, cranberry, grapefruit, spice and finish tones.
Delicious with: Marinated bream, caramelized seafood, and black Angus meat.
6. Kavaklıdere Prestige Kalecik Land 2016 (Kalecik)
The grapes grown in Ankara Kavaklıdere vineyards are picked by hand in the cool of the morning. It is aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. The flavor of Kalecik grape, between Pinot and Suvignon.
Color: Dark ruby
Fragrance: Mulberry, cherry juice, and spicy
Taste: Plum, dried cherry, pomegranate seeds
Delicious with: Red meat, blackberries
7. Kavaklıdere Pendore Öküzgözü 2016 (Manisa)
Black grapes grown in Kavaklıdere Pendore Vineyards are handpicked and matured in French oak barrels for 11 months. Limited filtration is applied. For this reason, it is normal to build up deposits over time.
Color: Dark purple
Fragrance: Tobacco and cocoa notes
Taste: Black fruit and olive flavors
Delicious with: Grilled meats, spicy red meats, and mature cheeses.
8. Lucien Arkas Vineyards Consensus Chardonnay 2018 (Torbali)
LA Consesus, made from Chardonnay grapes, is among the wines that won the gold medal at Mundus Vini. It is aged for 4 months in lightly roasted barrels made of French and American oak.
Color: Golden yellow
Fragrance: Pear, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, bread crust, vanilla flavors
Taste: Caramel, round taste, uniform acidity level
Delicious with: Grilled fish, seafood and ripe cheeses

9. Suvla Reserve Cabernet Franc 2016 (Eceabat)
It is made from grapes of a single parcel of Bozokbağ and rested in oak barrels for 12 months. A wine that pushes the limits of grape.
Color: Dark burgundy, opaque.
Fragrance: Curls associated with dried fruit, leather, tobacco, and spice
Taste: Same as fragrance. It’s exotic and stays on the palate for a long time.
Delicious with: Spicy meat dishes, rested steaks
10. Doluca Alçıtepe Cabernet Sauvignon-Shiraz 2011 (Saroz)
It is made of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes of the Kirte parcel of Alçıtepe vineyard established by Doluca. Matured in French oak barrels for 9 months.
Color: Deep ruby.
Smell and taste: Nose and palate are closed from the first, plum, and spice tones appear as the decanter is aerated. Tight texture, body, dense and strong tannins. It should be rested for 1-2 more years and sipped in a decanter.
11. Doluca Karma Cabernet Sauvignon-Öküzgözü 2017 (Tekirdağ – Eastern Anatolia)
It is made from Tekirdağ and Eastern Anatolia grapes in Çerkezköy facilities, and rested in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Color: Dark burgundy, purple highlights can also be seen.
Fragrance: Black fruit bouquets such as currant, blackberry, and black mulberry are accompanied by sweet spice tones resembling vanilla and caramel.
Taste: Body, plump, with mature tannins and long on the palate. A modern red that’s vibrant and flowing.
Delicious with: (within 2-3 years) it should be sipped with meats such as lamb and veal.
12. Kavaklıdere Côtes d’Avanos Chardonnay 2018 (Cappadocia)
It was fermented in 500 and 225 liter French oak barrels from Kavaklıdere’s vineyards at an altitude of 950 meters near Kızılırmak and rested on the residue for 10 months. Restricted filtered
Color: Light golden yellow
Taste and Fragrance: The bouquets resembling nectarine, apricot, and citrus are accompanied by buttery and light smoked tones. It also leaves mineral traces in the finale. Full body, body, oily texture. It should be sipped at 10 to 12 degrees within 5-6 years,
Delicious with: Shellfish, fish in butter or cream sauce, and organic poultry.
13. Kavaklıdere Pendore Syrah 2014 (Manisa)
The vineyards of Pendore at 250 meters altitude in Kemaliye owned by the producer are made of grapes and rested in French oak barrels for 10 months.
Color: Deep burgundy.
Taste and Fragrance: Menthol, ripe black fruit, and spice-like curls are evident on the nose and palate. Body, and tight texture, strong, mature, and with refined tannins. A mineral, solid red, reminiscent of the Côte Rôties.
Delicious with: It should be sipped with steaks and rustic stews within 5-6 years, and transferred to the carafe one hour before the service.
14. LA Mon Rêve Marselan 2018 (İzmir)
Manufacturers of organic vineyards in Torbalı, Turkey’s first hybrid with Cabernet Sauvignon wine from the Grenache grape Marselan. Limited filtration applied
Color: Dark ruby-colored with purple highlights.
Taste and Fragrance: Fruity bouquets reminiscent of peach, nectarine, and black cherry are dense and vibrant. Medium body, strong but flexible tannins, lively acidity. High alcohol does not bother, fruity flavors stay long on the palate in the final.
Delicious with: It should be tried with lamb meat dishes and less spicy kebabs in 2-3 years.
15. Pamukkale Nodus Shiraz 2017 (Denizli)
It is made of low-yield grapes of the vineyards of the village of Ortaçeşme in Güney District, at an altitude of 750 meters, and rested in new French oak barrels. One production of 11 barrels
Color: Maroon color.
Taste and Fragrance: Jam-like red fruit, earth, tobacco, and almond-like bouquets, leaving traces of spring in the final. Body, strong but flexible with tannins, fluid, and long on the palate.
Delicious with: It should be taken in the decanter and sipped, accompanied by rested steaks in 5-6 years.
16. Vino Dessera VD Cabernet Franc 2018 (Kırklareli)
It is made of French grapes and aged for 8 months in oak barrels.
Smell: Intense earthy, springy and baked fruity bouquets are evident on the nose.
Taste: Medium-bodied in the mouth, slightly angular and raw in tannins. Springy and mineral-like traces remain in the final.
Delicious with: It should be tried with less spicy kebabs and spicy red meat dishes, it should be transferred to the carafe before drinking.
17. Vino Dessera VD190 2016 (Kırklareli)
Made from Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes,
Color: Dark ruby color.
Odor: Red fruit aromas are pronounced on the nose.
Taste: Slim, light in the mouth. Its acidity is in the foreground. It’s a slightly loose textured red that stays short on the palate.
Delicious with: This year should be tried with light meat dishes and meat-minced pastries.
