There is one artist, whose name is Yeliz Özcan, and she offers a very watercolor-ish style. This style is very popular and common abroad, Yeliz Özcan is a well known tattoo artist in Istanbul for this style of tattoo. 

Getink Tattoo Studio is located in Asmalı Mescit district of Beyoğlu.
