  • WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY BESPOKE PLAN?

    You’ll receive full day plans, based on your responses, within 24 hours.

  • CAN’T I JUST PLAN MY TRIP MYSELF?

    Of course you can. But why do the donkey work yourself when it’s quicker and easier to let us take the hassle out of planning it for you? We’re here to help people who love to travel but don’t have the time to spend hours scouring the web for the things which will make their trip special, to search for somewhere that little bit different, or who want to go off the beaten track and not just do ‘tourist stuff’. Our plans are designed to make sure you don’t just see the place you visit – you experience it. Our plans are based on information from local people who know and love their hometowns and want you to fall in love with it too. For us, travel is about broadening your horizons and seeing the world differently.

  • HOW MANY PLANS WILL YOU SUGGEST AND HOW WILL I CHOOSE MY PLANS?

    It depends. We’ll analyse your evaluation and get back with as many plans as possible which suit your requirements. You’ll receive a minimum of 3 options for each date, but there is no upper limit. Before we ask for payment, you’ll be able to see your full days plan along with suggestions for alternative locations, themes and activities. You’ll also have access to trip designer profiles so you can find like minded people or experts on the areas you’re considering visiting.

  • DO I NEED TO BUY FOR ALL THE DATES THAT I’LL BE ON HOLIDAY?

    No, not at all. After we provide you a bunch of suggestions for your dates, you pick the ones you want and the price will change accordingly.

  • WHAT IF MY TRIP IS CANCELLED?

    No problem. Our support team is always on hand to discuss any changes or problems.

  • CAN I SHARE MY DESIGNED PLANS LINK WITH MY FRIENDS THAT I’M TRAVELLING WITH?

    Yes, of course! It’s your plan, use it as you wish. Once you join our community our trip designers work for you.

  • HOW DO YOU KEEP MY DATA PRIVATE?

    We use an app to share detailed plans with you and setup a chat channel between you and your trip designer. The only information we share is your name and the number of people travelling.

  • FOR HOW LONG WILL I BE ABLE TO CHAT WITH MY TRIP DESIGNER AND WHEN WILL THE CHAT START?

    Once you have received your plans, you will be able to ask questions to the trip designer who designed the plan by messaging through the app we provided for you.

  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SIGN UP?

    Nothing. It’s free to complete Tripster’s 30 second online evaluation and browse our existing plans. You only pay when you unlock the details for your plan.

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PLANS AND HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHAT I WANT?

    Anything and everything. Your recommended plans are based on your requirements. After checking your 30 second online evaluation we’ll search our bank of plans designed by expert local trip designers and suggest a plan to meet your expectations. It could be a romantic day in the city with a candlelit dinner, an adrenaline-filled day of activities followed by a sunset barbecue and a bottle of local beer, or anything in between. Our plans include everything you need for your perfect day.

  • HOW MANY PLANS CAN I CHOOSE?

    As many as you like. If you want to pick 2 plans for the same day and mix things up a little, go ahead. We’ll simply connect you with 2 different trip designers.

  • THIS SOUNDS EXPENSIVE. WHAT WILL IT COST ME?

    It’s simple. You select the plans you want and pay €25 for each one. There’s nothing more to pay.

  • HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGNED PLANS?

    As soon as you make payment you’ll have full access to your plans via a unique personal link accessible until your trip ends. If you don’t have access to the internet while travelling, don’t worry, you can download all your documents as PDFs.

  • WHAT DOES A TRIP DESIGNER DO FOR ME WHEN I HAVE ACCESS?

    You can discuss details about the plan and ask any questions. Your trip designer is obliged to answer queries but not required to take action on things such as reservations, bookings, payments, or any other issues not related to the plan. If you need help with any of these, please get in touch with our support team.

  • CAN I MEET UP WITH MY TRIP DESIGNER?

    It’s not something we recommend but ultimately the decision is totally down to you and your trip designer.

  • I CAN NOT REACH MY TRIP DESIGNER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    All trip designers make money from the plans you unlock, with different payment rates based on the rating you provide, so it’s in the interests of both parties to maintain good communication.

    Every plan you receive should contain all the information you need for a great day. This way you’ll be able to check details and ask questions before you travel. But if you do have any issues to do with the plan, you can always reach our support between 09.00 and 21.00 +3 GMT.
