FastPass & Single Rider Tricks

After showing your ticket and logging into Disneyland, you can ride all toys unlimitedly at no cost during the day. However, as you can easily notice while walking around the park, some rides attract more attention than others. Between 10.00-11.30 and 17.00-18.00, thematic areas are quite secluded. Similarly, there are almost no queues in front of the toys during the parade.

Hint:  If you are planning to visit the park alone, you can benefit from the “Single Rider” application. Thus, you do not have to wait for a long time at the general entrance. You do not need to visiting alone, if you do not mind sitting separately with your friends/family while riding, you can take advantage of single rider choice.

There are “Fast Pass” options in some rides (not all) in parks and studios. With this pass, you can enter a queue that progresses much faster without entering the queue that you will have to wait normally and possibly for a long time, so you do not have to wait in lines that can take 45 minutes. You do not have to pay any extra fee for your fast pass except for your parking ticket.

You go to a ride with a fast pass option and go to the box office that says “Fast Pass”, located at a point next to the normal row, and place your parking ticket in the kiosks here. In other words, instead of spending your time waiting in line, you can make a booking in a suitable time and try another ride or breathe somewhere in the meantime.

7 Favorite Rides

Although it may seem like a fun place that only appeals to children, there are excellent activities for adults. The best part is that you encounter flawless augmented reality and artificial intelligence in every ride you try.

1. Expedition Everest

Impressive steel roller coaster with “Mount Everest” theme at Disney Park. In this journey, which takes about 3 minutes, the train goes up to the top of the mountain and then falls from a height of 24 meters at a maximum speed of 80 km/h.

2. Splash Mountain

Before trying this, you should protect your electronic items from water because you come to the section in the open area, you fall into the water while sitting on the log. If you are at the front, your clothes may be drenched. Note: If you take this ride during the fireworks hour, it is very enjoyable to watch the show!

It is the most exciting flight simulator at Disney. You can feel the smells, humidity, and heat by visiting different countries.

5. Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run

It is one of the most favorite rides and a motion simulator shooting based on the Star Wars movie series. You can be pilot, engineer, gunner, commander at the simulation (I strongly recommend to be pilot) and control the spaceship.

6. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror

Let’s go on an adventure on the 13th floor of the Twilight Zone Horror Tower caves. It is a horror-themed ride that the elevator up to top floor of the tower and suddenly fall from there.

7. Aerosmith Rock Roller Coaster

Its best feature is that the start is incredibly fast and it is also completely dark. You feel that you are doing somersaults, you are turning upside down, but you cannot see anything. First, you sit down, fasten your belt, then they show a video about Aerosmith. In this video, Steven Tyler and his group ask for help to catch up with their concerts. then the countdown starts and you launch at rare bat.

The Unknowns on Disney’s Background

  • There is only one Mickey in the whole park, so the children believe in the presence of the character and only one.
  • There are hundreds of Mickey head images hidden in all Disney parks. These “Hidden Mickeys” are all over the park: in tile patterns, clocks, railings, doors, and even vents.
  • To protect the spell, characters like Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto do not speak to visitors verbally, and the actors in the costumes do not show themselves, even if they are behind the scenes.
  • Some delicious scents on Main Street are natural, but fragrances like vanilla and peppermint spread all over the street by ventilation.
  • Chewing gum is never sold in the parks because Walt Disney did not want gum sticking around.
  • Disney employees always have to smile and adopt this motto: “If your cheekbones do not hurt at the end of the day, you are doing something wrong.”
  • Employees on some horror-themed rides may seem sullen to you because they are forbidden to laugh to harmonize with the theme.
  • Disneyland employees cannot answer “I don’t know” to the questions asked.
  • They must necessarily try to help or refer it to someone else.
  • It is forbidden for employees to show anything using the forefinger to avoid being offensive. To show something they have to point their first 2 or 4 fingers together.
