After Emily in Paris season 2, Emily in Paris season 3 premiered on December 21st, 2022, on Netflix. 1. Place de l’Estrapade, 5e arrondissement (Emily in Paris’ apartment)
Yes, this is the place where Emily is first dropped off by her taxi driver – this is the location of Emily’s new apartment which has no elevator! A fact about the place? The Place de l’Estrapade is a small public square located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, France. The square is named after the street of the same name, which was named after the word “estrapade,” which refers to a form of torture used in the Middle Ages.

2. Place de Valois, 1er arrondissement
This is where Emily’s fancy office, “Savoir”, is right next to Galerie Patrick Fourtin. The is an art gallery that mostly contains 20th-century furniture and decorations. An insider tip? Place de Valois is a square between the Palais-Royal and the Musée du Louvre named after King Henry III of France. So you can visit the place after your museum tour! Actually, the place also is where “Bistrot Valais” is located, the cafe Emily’s colleagues have lunch without telling her 🙂

3. Boulangerie Moderne
This is the bakery where Emily discovers her first “un pain au chocolat”, the tasty French pastry. The place is also in the 5th arrondissement, not far from her apartment. Another tip is that this cute bakery is usually bustling, especially during lunch breaks. Since the area is very close to universities, you can expect a hungry student rush during that time! Keep that in mind before you go there to take photos. The bakery offers a wide range of bread, pastries, and other baked goods, including croissants, baguettes, tarts, and more. Whether you’re in the mood for a freshly baked croissant or a hearty sandwich, the bakery has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place to stop in for a quick bite to eat or to sit and enjoy a leisurely meal.

4. Palais Garnier
In the 6th episode of Season 1, Emily goes to the opera house with her new French boyfriend. Unfortunately, she breaks up with him right away before the play starts 🙁 However, she was turning heads with her stunning tiara and black dress! The venue was built in the late 19th century and is considered one of the world’s most beautiful and iconic opera houses. In addition to hosting opera, ballet, and classical music performances, the guests can tour the building and see its beautiful interior, including the grand staircase, the auditorium, and the opulent foyers. 5. La Samaritaine
La Samaritaine, a luxurious store on the banks of the Seine, is one of Paris’s best department stores. Before going into the store to do some shopping, Emily joins her classmate Petra beside the Samaritaine in episode 4 of Emily in Paris season 2. Over the years, La Samaritaine has become a Parisian icon, known for its wide selection of high-quality goods and luxurious atmosphere. Tips? The rooftop garden, known as the “Jardin d’Acclimatation,” is a popular spot for tourists and locals alike, offering a peaceful oasis in the midst of the bustling city. 6. Louvre Restaurant (Le Café Marly)
Who is our other fashion icon, sweetheart? Emily in Paris Camille! In the first episode of Season 2, Camille had lunch with Emily and Sylvie, Emily’s superior. While there, Camille talks to Sylvie about her problems in her relationships. When Camille leaves to use the restroom, she confronts Emily about the complicated love triangle she has become trapped in. This cafe, located in the courtyard of the Louvre, is one of the places you can take the most Instagram-worthy pictures! Do you want a table, be there early! To have a perfect breakfast with a good view, get in line when they open at 8 am.

7. Le Jules Verne
Paris means Eiffel Tower in a way, right? So it is not shocking that the producers of season 3 decided to start the season with it. Although falling from the tower would not be pleasant, having dinner at a Michelin Starred restaurant on the 2nd floor would. This is where Emily is trying to deal with McDonald’s before her ex-boss figure out that she is trying to work at two jobs simultaneously! The restaurant is named after the French science fiction writer Jules Verne and offers panoramic views of the city. Every dish is a true culinary masterpiece, from succulent seafood to tender meats and perfectly cooked vegetables. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, making it a perfect choice for a special occasion or a romantic date.

8. Tuileries Garden
When Emily was unemployed, she took her time as a Paris tourist. This is the place she spent most of her time with Mindy and Alfie- mainly in the Ferris Wheel ;). Located in the heart of Paris, the Tuileries Garden is a beautiful public park that is perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picnic on a sunny day- like Emily also did. The garden is also home to a number of interesting landmarks, including the Orangerie Museum, which houses a collection of Impressionist paintings, and the famous glass pyramid of the Louvre Museum. Whether you’re an art lover, a nature enthusiast, or just looking for a peaceful place to relax, the Tuileries Garden is a must-see destination in Paris. It is also magical to be seen in the fall season.

9. L’Esprit de Luberon
A scene from the L’Esprit de Luberon restaurant was filmed at Clover Gordes. The Provence restaurant, a component of the Airelles Gordes hotel, has a view of the Luberon valley’s lavender fields and olive groves. Chef Jean-François Piège is the driving force behind it. He created a cuisine highlighting regional foods and the skill of cooking over embers. According to a press release, the actors and crew frequented the restaurant since they liked the meal so much.

10. La Nouvelle Eve
This is the famous jazz club Mindy took the stage in season 3. Also, I still can not forget Emily’s glitter dress when she walked in with Alfie. The Dua Lipa- Don’t Start Now performance of Mindy with that suit was also mindblowing, right? La Nouvelle Eve- one of Paris’s oldest revue theatres. The theatre is almost a century old and is located in the city’s ninth arrondissement near the slopes of Montmartre. The interior’s dark blue velvet-covered walls, sparkling star-studded ceiling, and Corinthian-style stage with a rainbow runway never fail to wow. Visitors can stop by to see a dinner production or an evening performance.
