Keep in mind that this is just an average price and every month has different prices depending on demand.

A one-way flight to Izmir will cost you around $80-$200, while a one-way flight to Antalya will cost you around $50-$200. Flights to Antalya are cheaper because it is a more popular tourist destination. If you book 6-8 weeks in advance you can get great deals on flights to Izmir and Antalya.

Izmir is more convenient to visit if you’re traveling with a large group or want to visit historic sites. The city is more centrally located, making it easier to get to other cities and towns.

Izmir is famous for its unique cuisine and is Turkiye’s Culinary Capital. Izmir’s cuisine is influenced by many cultures, including Turkish, Greek, Italian, and Levantine. Some popular dishes to try are lahmacun (Turkish pizza), mantı (Turkish ravioli), kuskus (rice and lentil pancakes), and ayran (a drink made with yoghurt and garlic). Antalya is famous for its traditional Turkish food, with many dishes being served in all parts of Turkiye. Some popular dishes to try are Antalya kebab, musakka, pide, and  tavuk koftesi.
